Resurrection OB grew from a simple hope:

To create a spiritual community where people could gather honestly, ask meaningful questions, and practice the way of Jesus together.

Here in Ocean Beach — where surfers, artists, teachers, military families, retirees, and unhoused neighbors all share the same streets — we believe church should reflect the spirit of the neighborhood itself.

Open. Curious. Compassionate.

Each week we gather for worship shaped by the ancient rhythms of the Christian tradition — prayer, music, scripture, and shared bread and wine.

But just as important as what happens in the service is what happens around it:

A found family of faith learning to care for one another and for our neighbors.

If you’ve ever wondered whether a church could be honest about the past while still hopeful about the future…

We invite you to come and see.

Join us for worship on Sundays at 10am, or visit us during Holy Week & Easter as we celebrate the hope of resurrection together.

There is always space at the table.
