When We Gather

If you’re thinking about visiting Resurrection Ocean Beach, one of the best ways to get to know our community is simply to come when we gather.

Throughout the year we come together for worship, reflection, conversation, and shared meals.

Some gatherings are quiet and contemplative.
Others are joyful celebrations.

All of them are opportunities to pause, reconnect with God, and share life with neighbors.

Below are some of the ways we’ll be gathering in the coming weeks.

Join us for worship on Sundays at 10am, or visit us during Holy Week & Easter as we celebrate the hope of resurrection together.

Holy Week Gatherings

Holy Week is one of the most meaningful times in the Christian calendar. These gatherings invite us to reflect on the story of Jesus’ final days and the hope of resurrection.

Good Friday – April 3

11 AM – 2 PM

Stations of the Cross

A reflective walk through the story of Jesus’ journey to the cross.

This offering is part of the Church Row partnership in Ocean Beach, where several local congregations share the experience together.

Good Friday Service

6PM at Resurrection OB

An evening service of prayer, music, and reflection as we remember the depth of Christ’s love revealed through the cross.

This service is quiet, contemplative, and deeply meaningful.

Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday – April 5 at 10AM

On Easter morning we gather to celebrate the hope of the resurrection.

Through music, prayer, and communion, we remember that love is stronger than death and that new life is always possible.

This is one of the most joyful gatherings of the year.

Now might be a good time to think about who you might invite to come with you.
